Update - Clover has communicated that they have identified the issue and are working to fully restore services to Clover devices. We are continuing to observe higher transaction success rates. We will continue to monitor until services are restored.

If you are experiencing issues processing, and have access to Gravity Dashboard Virtual Terminal, please try processing directly through Virtual Terminal. Login to Gravity Dashboard, navigate to Virtual Terminal in the left-hand navigation. Next, select Sale and manually enter the amount and the customer’s card information. Click ‘Process’.

Systems affected through upstream providers have stabilized, and partners who experienced intermittent issues are reporting normal behavior again. No further impact is expected at this time.
